How do I get the best foam consistency with the PureFoam™ Touchless Automatic Soap Dispenser?

For optimal foaming with your Touchless Automatic Soap Dispenser, we recommend diluting liquid foaming soap with water at a 1:4 ratio (1 part soap to 4 parts water). This ensures the dispenser creates a rich, airy lather. You can also adjust the foam output using the 4 settings available on the dispenser to find your perfect amount.

Is the PureFoam™ dispenser easy to charge and how long does a charge last?

Yes, it's very convenient! The PureFoam™ dispenser features a USB-C rechargeable battery. A single charge can last for up to 2,000 uses, which means you won't have to worry about charging it frequently. Just plug it in with the included USB-C cable when needed.

I'm worried about water damage in my bathroom. Is the PureFoam™ Automatic Soap Dispenser waterproof?

Absolutely! The PureFoam™ Automatic Soap Dispenser is designed with an IPX5 waterproof rating. This means it's protected against water splashes, making it safe to use in humid bathroom environments or around sinks without concern for leaks or damage.

How does the touchless feature work, and is it hygienic?

The PureFoam™ Automatic Soap Dispenser uses a sensitive infrared sensor. Simply place your hand under the nozzle, and it dispenses soap automatically – no touching required! This touchless operation significantly reduces the spread of germs, making it a much more hygienic option for your kitchen or bathroom compared to traditional soap dispensers.
