Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Commitment
This accessibility statement explains how GetVelqo works to provide access for all our customers, including people with disabilities.
We aim to keep our website and services inclusive, user-friendly, and aligned with applicable accessibility standards.
This website uses technologies intended to support accessibility at all times and help more visitors use our content with confidence.
We also use an accessibility interface that lets people with specific disabilities adjust the websiteโs UI and design to their needs.
Accessibility Standards
Our policy reflects our goal to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
These accessibility standards are widely recognized as a benchmark for digital access and inclusive website experiences.
They focus on content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust:
- Perceivable - Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive
- Operable - User interface components and navigation must be operable
- Understandable - Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable
- Robust - Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies
We continue improving the accessibility of our site and services because equal access matters in everyday online experiences.
That includes ongoing reviews of content, navigation, forms, and other features that affect usability.
Our policy is part of that effort and helps explain our current approach in clear terms.
When relevant, we also monitor updates such as wcag 2.2 to guide future improvements.
๐ง Known Accessibility Statement Issues (in Progress)
Latest update as of 04/10/2026
As of the date of this accessibility statement, we are aware of the following accessibility issues on our website:
- Detected session timeout without prior warning. Users may lose data or progress when the session expires.
- Elements use the title attribute which produces browser-native tooltips that cannot be dismissed, hovered over, or controlled by the user.
- Hover-triggered content has pointer-events disabled, preventing users from moving the pointer over it without it disappearing.
- CSS @keyframes animation automatically hides hover/focus-triggered content (e.g., fade out), violating the persistent requirement.
- Elements with aria-haspopup trigger popup content but lack a keyboard dismiss mechanism (e.g., Escape key handler).
- Form or form element automatically submits when focused, without explicit user action.
- Interactive element lacks an accessible name, making its purpose unclear to screen reader users.
We recognize the importance of resolving these issues and improving the experience described in this accessibility statement.
Enhancing accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to gradual improvements over time.
Some issues may affect different tools in different ways, whether someone uses screen readers, keyboard navigation, or zoom features.
We review what needs attention first, then address barriers that have the greatest effect on user access.
References to items such as access, else, or even phrases like balance sheets do not change this policyโs purpose.
They may appear in technical testing, internal notes, or user content, but this accessibility statement remains focused on usability.
The same applies to product or software terms such as microsoft access online, which may appear in broader discussions.
In this context, our priority is website accessibility and practical progress against known barriers.
